Manager Position
We are currently seeking a parts store manager or trainee to join our team.
Pay based on experience
The ideal candidate will understand and follow the 3 P's of customer service "professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers both in-person and on the phone to help meet their needs
- Organize parts throughout the store
- Participate and/or oversee shipping department
- Create and update records ensuring the accuracy of inventory
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve store-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Organize and clean the store to maintain a clean and professional appearance
This position will be expected to do any and all jobs on site. This is a working manager job. You will dismantle trucks, stock parts, sweep floors etc. This position will work hand in hand with the owner to develop and refine business affairs and strategies.

Truck Dismantler Position

Job includes pulling parts off heavy duty trucks. Own tools is preferred. This position will also help in any area of the business when necessary this includes sales, marketing, customer service, sweep floors etc.
